He has had a varied and quite exceptional experience in Public Health administration both at home and abroad, and is in my opinion exceedingly well qualified for the duties of a Medical Officer of Health for any large and important district.

His varied medical, hygienic, and scientific acquirements will enable him to perform the duties of the post in a thoroughly efficient manner, whilst his innate courtesy of temperament and good breeding will insure the establishment of good relations with all those with whom he may be brought in contact.
